Caged Wire Wrap
Thursday $65 Melanie Schow 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Student Level:Beginner - Advanced Beginner
Type of Workshop: Project
A wire wrap designed to capture your special treasures – make a pendant from objects without a hole. This design traps your favorite rock, shell, fossil, marble or found object in a cage of wire. Learn to make a double bail, and simple embellishments to finish the project. Although the class is labeled for the beginner, if you have been frustrated trying to capture a three dimensional piece for use in jewelry, you will appreciate having this design in your repertoire.
Optional Kit fee of $35 payable to Instructor at class time includes 18, and 22 gauge sterling silver wire and one Artist’s marble
