Curious Cabinet Cards – Altered ATCs
$55
Jen Osborn

Student Level: All levels

Why are ATCs so popular among artists today? Join us in this fun and adventurous workshop to find out! First, we’ll explore why these 2 ½ x 3 ½ inch vintage cabinet cards are so perfect to alter into ATCs. Many examples will be shown to get those creative juices flowing. Learn how to successfully add whimsical touches by drawing on them yet avoiding smearing. Piecing, stitching, embellishing; even finishing the reverse side of the ATC and adding your personal information will be covered. A brief time will be used at the end of class for a Show and Tell session and to cover any questions remaining. You should create between 3 and 7 cabinet card ATCs during the evening.
