Inspired by treasure hunts through thrift stores, these mini art quilts are created by transforming bits of fabric and embellishments from vintage finds like jeans.Hawaiian muumuus. 70's t-shirts.scarves and funky costume jewelry. Learn the retro technique of rug hooking with fabric. We will create colored cloths, dip-dyed and painted with acrylics, layer stamping and collage on fabric, accented with vintage finds and use simple sewing or (not.just glue) to bind the cloths.
