Come and explore the basics of Zentangle® both on paper tiles and fabrics from a Certified Zentangle® Teacher. Learn a little about the background behind Zentangle®, how it differs from doodling, and learn basic terms while working on paper tiles and fabric. The class will begin by tangling on paper creating several delightful Zentangle® ATCs (artist trading cards). Learn the correct way to hold your pen, how to get started with drawing, and steps in the creative Zentangle® process while learning repetitive line patterns, or tangles. Later in the day move on to Zentangle® inspired art by embellishing a fabric tote bag and learning even more patterns. Learn and see how anything is possible one stroke at a time.
