Simple yet detailed, this ring is a stunner. Truly a "One-Size-Fits-All" ring that is deceptively simple. By the end of this class, you'll understand what it takes to make and secure raindrops on your jewelry pieces.

Kit/Materials Fee (payable to instructor at class time):

  • $45.00 includes:
  • 1/2" x 3" - 22 gauge sterling silver sheet
  • 6" 16 gauge rd sterling silver wire
  • 10" - 16 gauge square sterling silver wire

Instructor Provided (for use in-class, and to share):

  • Soldering set-up
  • Ring mandrel
  • Ring Finger Gauge (sizer)
  • Flex shaft
  • charcoal block

Student should bring:

  • Rawhide mallet
  • Forming pliers (Wubber's med. Round mandrel)
  • Files
  • Steel bench block
  • Bench pin
  • Jeweler's saw w/#2/0 blades
  • Scribe (awl)
  • 320 or 400 grit sand paper
  • Sharpie

Suggested:

  • Ring Mandrel
  • Stamps
  • Brass mallet
  • Straight edge
  • Ring Finger Gauge (sizer)
  • Charcoal block
