Beaded Books are Better

The ultimate in altered books - a way to integrate beading techniques, bezeling stones, bead embroidery and stamping in one spectacular new project. The theme for this class is Goddess dolls and anything else that interests you. We will plan the book in its entirety and get a good start on it. All the knowledge to complete the project on your own later will be supplied. A large supply of beads, charms, and thingies, markers, paint and stamps will be provided for participant use.

Beginning beaders are very welcome.

Supply List:

A child's pillow book (a fabric covered foam book available at many thrift and used book stores).I will bring a few extras.

Special buttons, charms, stones, and scraps of interesting cloth – anything that can be glued on or strung.

Tools:

Ott Light if you have one

a pair of scissors

reading or magnifying glasses.
