Perfect for tucking in a purse or pocket this little volume packs a big punch with its deeply detailed metal cover and the richly colored leather spine. Carve a design into board, work the metal into the pattern and then antique it. Color and stamp the leather to add a richness to the over all piece. We are going to add more pages to your book than shown in the samples to give you a thicker more useful journal. Unique stitching patterns, button closure and beads finish the volume and help make it distinctively yours.
Instructor will provide: paints and inks needed, stamps, leather for the spine, two pieces of book board for the covers, two pieces of aluminum for the covers, text block paper, metal tape, waxed linen thread, button, beads, and needle and heat tools.
