This class will introduce you to an exciting world of metal clay as we explore the basics of PMC. You will learn how to texture, shape and form as well as some detail techniques to insure a successful project. We will also cover how to finish and polish your piece after it is fired and how to apply a patina for that look of antiquity. Come join me in creating a beautiful fine silver piece of art jewelry.
Kit Fee of $10 payable to Instructor at class time includes: sterling silver tube pieces, fine silver wire, fine silver hook eyes
Instructor will provide the following supplies: Kiln, texture surface, Stamps, Dehydrator, work surface and tumbler

- Small files, 400-600fine sandpaper, 3M polishing pads or polishing papers

- Clay shaper tool (cone shape)
