Cassandra C. Travis
This former police officer turned art teacher has been creating public art and commissioned work since 2001. Cassandra has been teaching high school art and private art classes for adults and youth for the last five years. Most recently she competed in the monOrchid Gallery’s Thermal Phoenix competition. A passionate teacher she passes on her knowledge in varied art forms to include ceramics, basketry, mixed media and painting. She moved to the eternally sun kissed Phoenix area in 2013 with her husband and two children from Virginia her birthplace and former home.
