Flexi Plexi Journal 9:00 - 4:30 Friday
  Bridget Benton $145

This workshop is filled.
Student Level:
Intermediate
Type of Workshop: Project
Prerequisite: Familiarity with acrylic paints will be useful

I love this plexiglass journal for so many reasons: First, the imagery on the clear acrylic covers interacts with the plastic and paper pages inside, creating so much depth! Second, because the journal is put together with aluminum screw posts, I can work on multiple pages and then just add my favorites to the journal!  I can also move around the plastic and paper pages for different effects. Third, it's 12" x 12", meaning you can use any standard scrapbooking pages.  Journal-Scrapbook-Journal . . . you get the idea.

And finally?  The acrylic hinges on the front are just TOO COOL!!

In this workshop, I'll share all my super secrets to creating nifty effects and deep layers with acrylic sheets - painting, inking, stamping, stenciling, scratching, and sanding.  You'll go home with a beautiful art journal that you can keep adding to and all the skills you need to create beautiful art on plexiglass!
