Un-Leaded- Liquid Graphite Fuel for Mixed Media
Wednesday eve 6:00 - 9:00 $70 Pam Carriker
Student Level: Intermediate
Type of Workshop: Project
Derivan Liquid Pencils are a relatively new medium that allows you to add the soft look of graphite to your mixed media work in a whole new way! With both permanent and rewettable formulas, they offer a wide range of creativity and allow you to ‘sketch’ without picking up a pencil! I’ve been working with the creators of Liquid Pencil and am excited to have a new line of products that includes Pam Carriker’s Sketching Ink, making this new medium especially user friendly to mixed media artists. If you love the look of pencil but are unsure of your drawing skills, this class will give you exactly what you need to add sketching to your artwork and art journaling. For the more advanced student the sky’s the limit when you add this to what you already do and I will show you the many different techniques possible with this innovative product! We will combine Liquid Pencil with acrylics, watercolors, water-soluble media, stamping, sketching, and even use it to create texture, covering a multitude of mixed media techniques.
