Volunteers must be registered in the workshop that they monitor.
What Monitors do:
- Go to classroom early, class roster will be in the room
- As students arrive, have them sign the roster next to their name
- Anyone in the room must be named on the roster or have a note signed by Linda,
any person not meeting one of those criteria should be sent to our check-in tables - Return the roster to Linda at break time or by lunchtime
- Notify Linda if anything is amiss with the classroom (temperature, missing tables/chairs, etc)
- Monitor does not: Assist the Instructor or collect the kit fees
What 2013 Monitors receive:
- Early registration for 2014:
For example, monitor 2 full day workshops and recieve early registration for 2 full day workshops - Write Monitor on outside of your registration envelope, those envelopes are pulled first
during the registration process
