Discover how to sew your own flower pins that can be used as a accessory or to enhance your art. Learn how to make and adorn these whimsical fabric creations with various embellishments. I will show you how to alter you fabric to add depth and drama to your flower. Embellish with buttons, beads, charms, repurposed jewelry or even old buttons to create something original and enchanting!
Kit fee of $20 payable to Instructor at class time includes enought to make 2 flowers:
- felt
- pin backs
- hand dyed fabric
- trim
- buttons
Supplies provided by the instructor:
- inks
- rubber stamps
Students should bring:
- Needle and thread
- Scissors
Optional:
- Fabric scraps
- Bits of lace ribbon and trim.
