No drawing experience needed, really! Learn simple sketching, line art and watercoloring techniques to artfully document your vacations, trips and travels into cherished artwork. Learn perspective, creative page design, color placement, watercolor, journaling and lettering styles. Capture the essence of your Art Unraveled trip, while we meander through the event location, sketching and drawing everything in sight, inside and out. With journals, pens and paints in hand we’ll create colorful pages of “art where you are” with just 5 supply items.
Supply Fee of $20 payable to Instructor at class time includes:
- a beautiful premium travel journal
- water brush
- watercolors for class use
Students should bring:
- 2-3 Black Micron pens (.03 and .01) or Pitt pens (S and F points)
- inexpensive mechanical pencil with an eraser
- Prang Watercolor 8 color set (kids set)
- 4-6 of your favorite vacation or travel photos
