Create a unique book structure with a mica cover. We will utilize a commercially made mica product intended for lampshades. This translucent material makes for an excellent and intriguing alternative to more typical cover options. Our books will be sewn on tapes using a decorative and sturdy herring bone binding.

PVA glue
Double stick tape

- Awls
- White PVA glue
- Glue brush
- Sturdy scissors
- Pencils: wood, mechanical
- White eraser
- ¼ inch palm chisel
- Small brayer
- Exacto knife and blades
- Small cutting matte
- Thin or light weight collage materials: decorative and text papers, photos, insect wings, leafs, feathers, etc.
