Paint colorful backgrounds. Drizzle.scrape.stencil.stamp...Experiment with printmaking techniques on an acrylic sheet and create your own printing plates. Through various painting jumpstarts, learn about color scraping, washing, monotype, eyedropper doodles, gesso textures, dyed cloth stamping & stenciling and glazing. Experiment with building layers with color, graffiti mark making and chine colle.
Materials Fee of $10 payable to Instructor at class time includes: Collage Unleashed aRt! kit of papers/images, printmaking kit, Inspiration guide, watercolor paints, glitter, spray adhesive

Supply list:
-Favorite heavy body, fluid and/or ink acrylics
-Golden Acrylic Glazing medium
-20-30 pieces of misc. papers (collect things from your studio like watercolor, cardstock, copy, graph, ledger, sheet music, maps, drawing, vellum Bristol, craft paper, shopping bags or newsprint, found papers)
-5 - 8.5x11 sheets of white cardstock or watercolor paper
-2 - 8.5 x 11 acrylic sheets (Plexiglas- you can find sheets at the hardware store)
-2” flat brush (hardware store brushes)
-misc. paint brushes
-Plastic paint scraper (hotel room key, old gift cards)
-2-1” foam brushes
-2 water containers
-1 hard rubber Brayer
-1 soft rubber brayer
-15- 2-ply white paper towels
-Golden Soft Gel Gloss
-Black china marker
-Black Stabilo water soluble pencil
-Scissors
-Painting smock
Optional: Favorite unmounted stamps/texture tools/stencils
A few favorite doodling tools- prismacolor pencils, gel pens/markers (Caran d’ache neo-color or portfolio pastels)
