Welcome to The Blissness Plan Art Journal Workshop, which presents a step-by-step approach for starting or growing your creative business in a way that finally makes sense for creative people. How, you ask? By working in an art journal, of course! After all, why take notes on a stuffy legal pad, when you can collage your quest and scribble your strategy! Filled with everything from splashy painted backgrounds to funky tags and brads, your art journal will be a palette where you’ll not only explore your dream “blissness”, but also make a strategic step-by-step plan for what you need to do in order to bring your goals to delicious fruition.
And there’s a method to this madness, too, for this workshop is about much more than just having fun and getting inspired. Whether you’re starting with a tiny inner nudge that you’d like to turn your creativity into a money-making venture, or you’ve already got a business and you’re looking to take it to the next inspiring level, or anywhere in between, this approach is the ideal way to get the practical “nuts and bolts” that you need for your business. The Blissness Plan Art Journal will present resources, material, tools, and tips that are on par with a business class given in a corporate atmosphere, but this unique method insures that both the material and your newly-defined goals will truly sink in. Since you’re working on this material visually, you’ll be absorbing it in a new way…something that “Business for Dummies” books or “101 classes” can’t even attempt to accomplish because they operate from traditional models that are geared for business, not Blissness!
Plus, you’ll come away with many finished pages in your Blissness Plan Journal that will not only be splashy and sumptuous, but they’ll be filled with your own personal step-by-step plan geared to help you work toward your goals. You’ll also be given comprehensive handouts to help you continue working on your Journal, and your business, in the days and weeks to come.

Kit Fee of $10 payable to instructor at class time includes: An Inspiring Image Kit containing a glorious amount of full-color images to use in your Blissness Plan Art Journal; a Resource Handout Booklet (extensive resource handouts for your business), plus a baggie of fasteners, tags, and envelopes to use in your journal
Instructor will provide : Everything described in the kit (above), Resource Handout Booklet, classroom paints, rubber stamps, and extra colored markers
Supply List:
Any blank, unused journal that inspires you, preferably at least 5” x 7” in size. If it lies flat, it will be easier to work in. Thick pages are best, if possible.
Your favorite paper adhesive (pick one: glue stick, double-stick tape, glue, gel medium, etc.)
Colored writing instruments (whatever you already have on hand: markers, colored pencils, crayons. No need to buy anything new. We’ll have extra markers if you don’t have anything.)
At least one Sharpie permanent marker (any color)
A paintbrush/sponge brush or two
If you have some collage elements (paper, images, fun fibers, etc.) with you, that’s fine, but it’s not required. More than enough will be included in your kit!
