"A dream is a wish your heart makes" - Jiminy Cricket

Catching a glimpse of our wishes/dreams can be a breath of hope and fresh air if we don't immediately discard them as unrealistic or "selfish". Manifesting tiny dreams is simple self-preservation. If we have no dreams, our lives will become nothing but dull nightmares.

In this Process Workshop, we will begin with words from poems and song lyrics to stimulate our dreaming imagination, followed by sprint/flow writing to scribble down some of our buried dreams. We will write (this is FUN and FLOW, not an English class!), share a bit, and discover ways to take tiny steps toward expanded possibilities. Each participant will be able to make a collage of images they have chosen which represent a collection of their dreams and desires. We will end the workshop with discussion/brainstorming and write-write-writing so participants can create a short ACTION plan for at least one of their listed desires.

Discard old admonitions about "wool-gathering" and "daydreaming", and replace them with the joyful possibilities of experiencing some of our wildest dreams!

Kit Fee of $20 includes: a packet of writing exercises and poems/lyrics to take home, as well as materials for the collage project. Kit also includes a "keep dreaming" blank book, which you can embellish as you wish your wishes and dream your dreams!

Supply list:
-Favorite pen(s) - ones that don't skip or glop when you write . . . in colors if you'd like!
-Two magazines (more if you'd like) that include images that inspire you and your desires (horses, gardening, art, travel, anything!)
-Anything else that you think is relevant for this project (other images you've already saved, etc. etc.) but no need for suitcases full of supplies.
