Take etching outside the jewelry box and give rubber stamps a new life. Etching is a great technique that can be used for all sorts of projects. It's a great way to make your own unique metal embellishments. You will also learn how to antique copper using liver of sulfur and a 3 stitch pamphlet stitch.

Kit fee of $20 payable to instructor at class time includes: Pre drilled copper, Hard board for the back cover (pre drilled), Watercolor paper for signatures (cut to size), Leather for binding (cut and pre punched), Beads, Waxed linen thread, Brads, Vintage key (pre drilled), Vintage paper to cover the inside of the back cover

Supplies provided by Instructor: Etching solution, Baking soda, Liver of sulfur, Drill, Sand paper, Disposable gloves, Rubber stamps, Basic metal working tools, Masking tape

Basic tool kit
Black StazOn ink pad
Rubber stamps (optional)
Plastic disposable bowl: 4" x 4" x 1 ¾" (no smaller and nothing much larger or deeper)
Book binding needle (1)
Old tooth brush
