To pay by Credit/Debit Card: you will receive an invoice once your registration has been received. We will hold your workshop seats for 24 hours from the time of invoicing. Payment in full is required when paying via Credit/Debit Card. You will receive a receipt. Once you have paid the invoice, you may consider your workshops secured for you.
Change classes: Email Linda@artunraveled.com indicating the class you wish to change out of and the class you wish to move into. You will receive an invoice for the amount due. There is a $25 change fee per workshop changed. Deadline to change classes is August 3rd (teachers need prep time).
Cancellations: Email Linda@artunraveled.com. Received prior to August 3rd: a $50 processing fee per workshop cancelled plus the non-refundable registration fee. Cancellations received on/after August 3rd are non-refundable. Sorry, but no exceptions, the business policy must apply equally to all. You are welcome to sell your spaces, first check if there is a wait list, the workshop spaces must go to the waitlisted persons. Notify us of any change information. We suggest you consider trip cancellation insurance - online information can be found here.
Phoenix Rising Productions reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet minimum student registration. In this event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change to a different workshop or receive a refund of the monies paid for the cancelled workshop. In the event that a teacher must cancel teaching at AM, Phoenix Rising Productions retains the right to replace that teacher and/or change the workshop.
In the case of Acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, Phoenix Rising Productions reserves the right to reschedule this event.
