You'll enjoy a paint and collage format while finding ways to capture the essence in your work. Essence is the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract that determines its character. Using this method you will find, from the beginning, it will be far easier to complete the collage process itself. Instruction will be given in collage, painting and methods to create an intuitive edge to sharpen your personal style. We'll also discuss your personal likes and dislikes in conjunction with your collage work. You'll create a background of techniques and movement while maintaining your cohesive overall design. Techniques will be instructed in collage, acrylic paint, coordinating colors, dry brushing, medium application, stenciling and design.
