In this full day of class we will explore the art of "slow stitching". Individual art quilts will be constructed completely by hand. Each student will have the opportunity to develop a background, a story and a finish, using various applique and embroidery techniques. Ideas for stories, fabrics and finishing will be discussed as well as handy tips for a frustration-free day of stitching.
