Putting paint on paper can be a mixed bag of unexpected surprises with unknown endings. Pouring paint onto paper will certainly give you combos of astonishing intense and luminesce colors. This process will also allow you to discover ways to define the space around shapes with contrast and glazed colors. Part of the beauty of this technique is revealing some of the underlining imagery of shapes in selected spots. Imagine and paint the space around objects with watercolors and gouache- opaque water based paint. Work with some very contemporary, good vibe iridescent, interference, and opaque watercolor techniques to further enhance and embellish the surface. Discover that painting is about discovery and expression at all levels of creativity.
