- On-line registration ends Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 6:00 PM MST. Invoices must be paid by Monday, August 1, 2016 9:00 AM MST or registration will be cancelled (see Walk-in Registration below).
- Walk-in Registation begins Monday, August 1, 2016 at 7:30 PM MST at Meet the Artists and will continue daily, up until each class time, provided space is still available in that class.
- Wait lists are available for filled workshops. Email linda@artunraveled.com.
- Early Bird registration $35 if you register prior to April 25th. After April 25th registration is $50. Wait listed pays fee
applicable at the time a space becomes available.
Payment Plan for those paying by mailed check or money order: You may pay in three installments if your total is $250 or moreAcceptable forms of payment:
To pay by Credit Card or Debit Card: you will receive an invoice once your registration has been received. We will hold your workshop seats for 24 hours from the time of invoicing. Payment in full is required when paying via cc/dc. You will receive a receipt.
To pay via mailed check or money order (in U.S. dollars only): you will receive an invoice once your registration has been received. We will hold your workshop spaces for 6 business days from the invoicing date, awaiting your mailed payment. PRP will issue a receipt.Mail to Phoenix Rising Productions, P.O. Box 37338, Phoenix, AZ 85069-7338. Sorry no checks accepted after July 1st. Money orders are accepted. We cannot hold checks or accept less than 1/3 for the payments.
Please be patient, you will receive your invoice within 24 hours of submitting your registration form. Invoices will be from Phoenix Rising Productions.
Once your invoice is received and you have paid it, you may consider your workshops as secured for you.
Register before March 30th: 1/3 due with registration, 1/3 due April 25th, final payment due May 30th- Register after March 30th: 1/2 due with registration, final 1/2 due May 30th
- Register after May 30th - full amount due with registration
No reminders or billing statement will be sent. Payments not received by the due date, will result in your workshops being dropped plus a $100 processing fee in addition to the non-refundable registration fee. Balances not received by May 30th will not receive a refund of monies paid since it's the refund deadline.
Add classes: To add a class after you've already registered, simply select "I have already registered" in the Registration Fee drop-down box. You'll be invoiced for the cost of the workshop(s) only.
Change classes: Email Linda@artunraveled.com indicating which class you wish to change out of and which class you wish to move into. You will receive an invoice for the amount due. There is a $25 change fee per workshop changed. Deadline to change classes is June 20th (teachers need time to prepare, buy and ship supplies to Phoenix, etc.).Cancellations: Email your cancellation to Linda@artunraveled.com. Received prior to May 30th will incur a $50 processing fee per workshop cancelled plus the non-refundable/non-transferrable registration fee. Cancellations received on or after May 30th are non-refundable. Sorry, but no exceptions, we must apply the business policy equally to everyone. You are welcome to send someone in your place or sell your spaces (advertise on our Yahoo Group). Check with us, if there is a wait list, the workshop space must go to the first person on the list. Simply notify us of the change information (name/email address of the person now attending). We strongly recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance - online retreat insurance information can be found here.
Returned checks will result in the cancellation of scheduled workshops. You will need to re-register and include a $38 returned check fee with a new registration form and payment.
Phoenix Rising Productions reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not meet minimum student registration. In this event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to change to a different workshop or receive a refund of the monies paid for the cancelled workshop. In the event that a teacher must cancel teaching at AU, Phoenix Rising Productions retains the right to replace that teacher and/or change the workshop.
In the case of Acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, Phoenix Rising Productions reserves the right to reschedule this event.

Register via the online form. Simply fill in the information, select your workshops, souvenirs, etc., agree to the Terms & Conditions and submit the form. Registration is as in the past, the only difference is that the form is submitted online and not mailed plus we now accept other payment forms: credit cards/debit cards.
