Patina Papers
Date: Thursday, August 26, 2004
Time: 7pm - 10pm
Instructor: Jacqueline Sullivan
Cost: $38
This class takes paste papers to a new level. Students in this class will make papers that actually resemble metals! The techniques for making these papers have been developed by the instructor combining faux finish and paper decorating techniques. The colors that we will be using are a unique combination of paste, acrylic color and bronzing powders. This special combination gives a brilliant metallic look to the finished papers. The actual recipes for the colors will be provided to student in a spiral bound book with actual samples of the various finished papers. The papers made in this class are great for bookbinding, collage, box making and more!
There is a $15 supply fee payable to instructor at class time for paste, paint and hand-out book.
