Journey Beyond The Page: Art Musings

Ever have the feeling to journal beyond the insides of a book? Don't worry! After this class you won't feel confined to the pages of a book any more. In class we'll work on a piece of real artist grade stretched canvas learning how to get the art and the feelings outside the confines of a book and on to something we can display proudly in our home. We'll discuss other 'outside the book' journaling possibilities as well. Don't feel boxed in any more. Come to class and we'll venture into lots of journal exercises outside of a book format!

Scissors
favorite selection of collage images
3-D found items
alphabet rubber stamps (favorite set if you have them)
brayer
permanent black ink pad (memories)

texture materials
found art
rubber stamps

unusual items
