ARTU 05 Theme Image

The Gypsy's Treasure Bag

Price: $105

Toni Curtis

In this workshop, we will be working on muslin to create a beautiful gypsy girl's face. I will teach you to add shadows and depth using prisma color pencils and chalk. We will be doing hand stitching with lots of embellishing. She will be attached to a canvas tote for a gorgeous bag to store your treasures in. I will supply the dancing people holding the wire words "Art Unraveled", the pre-drawn face plus an extra face. Appropriate for all skill levels.

Update.  I've added some pictures of a completed face that will be included in your handouts.  Also, a photo of a bag that has metal letters instead of typewriter keys.  A button that I popped out the center embellishment and added a photo and sealed it with crystal lacquer.  These can be viewed in Album 2.  www.picturetrail.com/tonij Please bring a small clipboard, 8 X 12 or smaller, to class.  I forgot to add this to the list.  These can be purchased for a dollar or so.
