Create an artist journal based on the diaries and artwork of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Divided into 4 removable sections, this 10x6 book has 4 smaller books as well. They can be slipped out as needed for a quick sketch session or to record a photo shoot. Dividers will personalized by students with desired headings such as collections, photos, drawings, prints, ect. To enhance your journal even further you will have the option to add beads to the fore edge giving a personal flair.
Supply List: Scissors, pen, pencil, ruler, large glue stick, exacto/mat, 2 awls( 1 heavy enough to go through medium weight cardboard, and the other one small enough for pages) bone folder, 2 or 3 small acrylic paints, paintbrush, black ink pad, one type of favorite medium (colored pencils, chalk, markers etc), 20 gauge wire, beads to fit on your wire (e-beads work well), any additional things you want to hang on your book such as charms, coins, buttons, trinkets etc.
