Expose Yourself…to Pinhole Photography
Date: Thursday, August 26, 2004
Time: 9am – 4:30pm
Instructor: Richard Salley
Cost: $90

Can a camera without a lens, made from an oatmeal box really take a photograph? You bet!. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of photography through the use of a pinhole camera. You will construct your own camera from an oatmeal box, expose and process the negative and print the final photo. You can then use these photos in your own collages, altered books, art journals or other art work. Upon completion of this full day class you will leave with about ten 5x7 photographic prints; and you'll be ready to set up your own home darkroom.

Supply List:

Empty 18 oz. Quaker Oatmeal box

Exacto knife or equivalent

All other supplies and equipment will be provided by the instructor.
