Go back to your youth.back to the time when you were in kindergarten and didn't have a worry in the world. Take that energy and create art with NO LIMITS! This fast-paced workshop is designed to get you to think like a child again and have no fear in throwing paint down on paper, mixing art mediums and painting with crayons and kid's tools like foam blocks and Popsicle sticks! Explore ways you can use everyday objects to create beautiful papers with a few of my favorite playful techniques like. hand painted emotions, painted monoprints, glitter art glazes, dip-dyeing, newspaper frottage and resist. This is a technique-based class, so you will walk away with a stack full of glorious textured papers to use in books, stamping, collage, cards and artists journals.
A $15 kit fee will be payable to instructor at class time.
