How can one begin to express in words the life journey of an expressive heart? It has always been creative yearning that takes my breath away and leads me through door after door of unbridled expression.

At any given moment I am swept away and just as suddenly following my muse. I especially love something from nothing.....discarded, broken, forgotten fragments that once held import in this life we share, resurrected and reassembled into a new wholeness and beauty. My art has traveled as far away as the Netherlands and hung in the American Craft Museum of New York. I work in glass, paints, ephemeral, collage, and found objects to create jewelry and mosaics that have a presence of protection and spiritual import.

Closest to my heart is the supreme joy of sharing my knowledge, skills and insights from over twenty years of stained glass and mosaic art. We need more beauty in this world, more import, a deeper meaning.

For me the joy of creation and the honor of teaching is just that.

Since moving to Prescott , Arizona in 1992 I have been co-owner of Rainbow Stained Glass. I have taught throughout Arizona for over 15 years. Most recently I have spear headed and lead a community art project, Pieces of Our Lives, an on-going outdoor mosaic mural art project for the town of Prescott Valley, now numbering seven.
