Continue to grow in your visual journey with all new creative and inspiring techniques. Inspired by the "Artist Journal Idea Cards" created by Randi, you will be working on large 6x4 cards instead of large pages. How do I achieve bright colors? How do I incorporate photos? How do I push through when I am stuck? All these questions will be answered along with many more new ideas and techniques. Each student will submit their favorite card at the end of the day. They will be color copied, cut into decks, and mailed back to each student along with their originals. All levels of journalers welcome.
Supply List: Basic Supplies, Scissors, glue stick, black ink pad, rubber stamp alphabet set, whatever favorite medium you like to work with, paint, pastels, chalk, colored pencils, pens, etc. White gesso, stencils, collage pictures, your own art journals for show and tell.
Optional: Blow Pens (can be purchased at Wal-Mart in the children's section with crayons and school supplies)
