Participants will create metal book covers that are stamped with Metallic Powders, embellished with metal components, in which the transferred images are applied and then finished with charms, Austrian Crystals and faux patina finishes. Signatures are sewn in using the button-hole stitch. Full of texture, these books are as wonderful to touch as to see.
Supply List : Fiskars soft touch scissors for metal, Flat Bastard File, Lint Free Towel, ½" or 1" foam Brush and Ruler. Paper - Depending on how you want to use the book, bring paper cut or ripped into 6 by 8 inch sheets and bring enough so that when folded you have ¾ to 1" thickness of paper. We recommend watercolor paper or 28+LB high quality paper. (Color Laserjet paper is made to not show the other side as easily)
