A kit fee of $15 will be payable to instructor at class time includes: an assortment of printed papers, ephemera, and collage sheets to use during the workshop.
We all love the timeless feel of vintage photos and they have appeared in a lot of today’s altered art…but wouldn’t you love to see some VIBRANT color in them?? In this workshop we will explore how to combine a variety of COLORFUL backgrounds and elements along with our favorite vintage images! We will also play with some great whimsical touches to help “FUNK UP” our finished pieces.
Supply List:
2-3 stretched canvases no larger than 10 x 12
1 bottle gel medium
2-3 foam brushes
Speedball rubber brayer
water container for brushes
heat gun & extension cord
paper towel for clean up
assorted water soluble oil pastels (such as caran d'ache or portfolio)
scissors, pencil, ruler
1 charcoal pencil
white gel pen
Black Sharpie marker
