Start today! Make visual journaling an expressive, vibrant part of your daily life. Take a lighthearted and artful sojourn into your head and your heart to reveal the many, many ways that YOU are art! Join a rtist and authors Linda Woods and Karen Dinino on a liberating, empowering adventure, finding unique, meaningful ways to transfer your essence to the page. Discover the colors of your life and create your Personal Palette; invent inspiration just for you, and pack it into your portable Prompt Journal; speak your truth boldly, in a "secret" journal...and laugh like crazy as you wave farewell to any fears about art or writing!
This class is process based, ideal for beginning and experienced artists and writers. We will create journal pages and inspiration “aids,” while smashing every self-defeating journaling myth that has held you back. Come see how to “paint” with words, “draw” without ever lifting a pen, and get comfy using color as a verb.
