Author of Frame It! - Before becoming an editor in the craft division of North Light Books, Tonia worked as a professional picture framer for 10 years. A graduate of Western Washington University , she majored in Visual Communications. Tonia sells much of her artwork in a local gallery and loves doing commission work, which she says enriches her creativity with great purpose.
