Pewter Casting Workshop:

Create unique components using pewter casting techniques and a butane culinary torch. We will cast through things, onto things, and into molds pressed into casting sand. We call the techniques through it, onto it, and into it. Pewter provided is lead free and made in the USA. There is enough pewter included in the kit to make 10+ castings. We will have hundreds of molds to choose from or bring your own objects for impression. Time permitting, turning the castings into wearable jewelry will be covered as well. Open to all levels, all tools & supplies are provided.

Materials Fee: $45 Payable to Instructor at class time includes:

Approximately one pound of pewter

All metals for setting cast cabochons

Use of instructors tools
