Create the look of Pavé with CREATE YOUR STYLE with SWAROVSKI Chatons and two-part epoxy clay. Epoxy clay or crystal clay as some are calling it can be molded, colored and adorned with chatons to emulate the look of pavé. Once you learn how to use two part epoxy putty and its potential not only can you create great Pavé looks but it can be stamped, textured, molded, colored and adorned with found objects expanding its potential into mixed media jewelry. Let me show you how easy it is to work with this new medium.
Kit Fee of $20 payable to Instructor at class time includes:
- White Apoxie clay kit (epoxy clay)
- Variety of Bezels
- CREATE YOUR STYLE with SWAROVSKI Crystals
- A variety of found objects, textures, stamps and colors
Students should bring:
- Baby Wipes
- Paper towels
- Tweezers
- Magnifying (optional - we will be working with small crystals magnification might come in handy for)
- Some type of non-stick surface
- Roll of regular tape
- Scissors
- Badger balm
Optional:
- Found objects you might want to use in your piece
