Discover metal etching by creating beautifully textured components to add to your jewelry. The design and pattern possibilities are limited only by your imagination. We will enhance your newfound skill as we lean about Disc cutting and sawing. Bead drawing and riveting will also be covered in this workshop

Kit Fee of $10 payable to Instructor at class time includes: copper, brass and nickel silver sheets, 14 gauge silver wire, Etching solution. Saw blades. (If you want to make a brass cuff there will be an extra $8.00 kit fee.)

Supplies Provided by Instructor: rubber stamps, pens, ink, ammonia, patina solution, polishing pad, steel wool, drills and butane.

Apron
Latex glove
Box of baking soda
Bowl
Black Sharpie markers - fine and bold tip
Black Staz-On ink pad
Rubber stamps (of images you would like to etch)
Tin snips
Round nose pliers
Flush cutter
Chain nose pliers
Bench block
Riveting hammer

Bring if you have: raw hide mallet, jewelry file, bench pen and saw.
