This class is designed to teach basic mosaic techniques such as design, nipping, placement, adhesives, grouts as well as beading and building with a collection of materials. We also learn mosaicking with beads. Starting with the beaded heart as the center piece we then move on to mosaicking the edges, background and stand. There will also be tons of fun ephemera to create flourishes and decoration that sets this art piece apart from most. Finished piece will be 12" x 12" x 4" Kit/Materials Fee (payable to instructor at class time):
