You'll leave this workshop with a fully bound and prepared journal all set and ready for journaling. Most everything you'll need to build this charming journal is supplied in your accompanying kit including vintage bark cloth, paints, and paper mache paste. This light-weight, yet very sturdy, little (5" X 7 1/2") journal is simple in materials, design and construction. Once you learn the tricks, this will surely become one of your favorite journal construction methods as it is very easy to adapt to any size or number of pages. You'll be supplied with a piece of vintage Bark Cloth to cover your journal and have use of matching paints to pull the whole journal together. You only need to bring the supplies listed!

• 8 pre-cut foam core pages
• Vintage Bark Cloth to cover your journal
• Tyvek
• Paper mache paste
• Tacky glue
• Use of additional materials - foam stamps, paints, page spacers

Student should bring:

• An old paper back book
• 1" natural bristle utility brush (as found at home improvement stores)
• Small container of off white craft paint, Gesso (NOT Liquitex brand) or white house hold primer
• Pencil
• Cork-backed metal ruler
• Scissors
• Elmer's School Glue
