Type of Workshop: Process and Project

In this class we will learn how to create a clever three dimensional raven. You will learn how to solder galvanized wire also known as tinning, creating armatures to build body parts and working with polymer clay. We will create the head on a wire and foil armature, bake it and build the body separately. You will have a great day bringing this wonderful raven to life and filling his belly with trinkets or eggs. This is a fantastic way to learn how to build future wire sculptures in most any form. This is the method I use for making all my human figures. Some soldering experience is helpful but you do not need to be an expert by any means.
