Come meet Millie! Make your own little girl (or boy!) and her charming box/house. Learn the basics of sculpting, adding a little paint and some ingenuity to accomplish this fun project.

Kit Fee of $5 payable to Instructor at class time includes:

• The box to hold your project
• thin cardboard for embellishments
• heavy wire to hang your dolly
• 18 gauge wire for connecting limbs
• Amaco Air Hardening Clay
• use of any of my tools that you need
  

Students should bring:

• Fluid Acrylic paints in whatever colors you like (I will also bring my paints so if you need an additional color, you can use mine)
• brushes (I like a small and medium filbert, plus a 1” flat brush and a junk brush to use with gel medium)
• liquid matte medium
• gel medium (again, I will bring mine if you don’t have these!)
• 1 old children’s book with a hard cover (this needs to be pre-1980, not the glossy, coated newer ones. You can easily find this at a thrift store. The Weekly Reader books are the best! We will be cutting up the cover to use as the background inside our box)
• 1 skein of embroidery floss for hair
• any small trims that you like
• a manicure stick to use as a sculpting tool
