This is a fun project incorporating an antique skeleton key with found objects and beaded wire to make a swinging pendant necklace. Students will learn wire wrapping, design, beaded wire techniques and jump rings. Wire wrapping and adding elements will be clearly demonstrated.
Kit Fee of $10 payable to Instructor at class time includes:- antique skeleton key
- soldered and dapped bottle cap
- size 11 quality beads
- 30 inches of ball chain
- metal and Lucite flowers
- jump rings
Students should bring:
- chain nose pliers
- wire straightening pliers
- wire flush cutters.
