Mexi-Boho Style Mixed Media Embroidery

Learn how to beef up your embroidery, Mexi-boho style! In this course, Kathy will teach students her method to create a Mexican-inspired multi-layered mixed media fabric collage using fabric inks, embroidery thread, beads and glitter. Kathy will help students draw a design of Mexican oilcloth flowers on cotton which we’ll then color and shade and go through the tinted embroidery process. This class combines fabric painting, stitching, beading and glittering to create a beautiful cotton panel that can be used in fabric art projects.
Kit fee of $20 payable to Instructor at class time includes:
