Bett York started her teaching career after graduating from college with a degree in Art Education and taught in the public school system for 20 years. Today she enjoys many forms of art. In fact, every time she thinks she’s found a “happy medium” something else strikes her fancy!
Bett is a member of the Arts and Crafts Association of America (ACAA) and her artful business successes range from the design and manufacturing of jewelry and clothing to juried exhibitions in art galleries across the country, including Hawaii. She is currently creating commissioned sculptural pieces for several galleries. Bett’s award-winning style has always received rave reviews and she has taught and exhibited several times at Art Unraveled, a week-long mixed media event in Phoenix, Arizona.
