Phoenix in August - AU 10 Years Wednesday 9 - 4:30 $135 Jane LaFazio
Student Level: Beginner - Intermediate
Type of Workshop: Process and Project
|
Learn monoprinting from Jane using gel plates and transparent color. We’ll print like crazy in the morning and in the afternoon create Arizona-themed collages from our prints. Celebrating 10 years of Art Unraveled, the theme of our printing will be nature-based images of Phoenix in August. Possible images could be saguaro cactus, quail, bottle tree pods, or the hot summer sun. Jane will be working with paper in class, but if you choose to work in fabric instead, you may. Note Supply list.
Materials fee of $5 payable to Instructor at class time includes:
- Gel plates for printing
- plexi for paint
