Type of Workshop: Process and Project
![]() |
We all have scraps on our workbench that are too big to throw away and perhaps too small or irregularly shaped to be used on their own. In this workshop you will learn how to combine those otherwise useless scraps into a mixed metal, multilayered piece of wearable art. The class will focus on joining metals of different types and gauges using cold as well as soldered connections. Learn how to bezel set a stone that will be combined with your scraps to create a truly unique sculptural piece of jewelry. One or more pieces will be completed during the class session.
