Student Level:
Beginner - Intermediate
Type of Workshop: Process and Project

Elegant, artful and eclectic? Fabulous, fun and funky? Create a bracelet or necklace to suit your style in this entry-level but comprehensive class. Working with a wide variety of materials and techniques, you’ll make 10 different components and assemble them all into a wild and wonderful wearable assemblage. Pieces include Feathers and Fibers, Dazzling Dichroics, Steampunk Spinners, Bells from Bullets, Jangle Dangles, and many more. Fast workers can make multiples of each piece in class, but everyone can wear their jewelry right away!

Kit fee of $15 payable to Instructor at class time includes everything you need to make 10 charms or components, including found objects, dichroic and regular glass cabochons and bails, plus eye pins, head pins, jump rings, and bracelet or necklace chain in your choice of colors (gold, silver or copper). Email instructor ARTandSOULtoo@aol.com with your choice.

Instructor supplies all tools and basic materials. Bring a roundnose and/or rosary and/or chainnose pliers if you don’t want to wait for class tools.

    Supply list:
  • Bring a wide variety of beads and spacers in your choice of colors
  • Lots of small found objects (preferably 1" long or less) such as fancy buttons, keys, charms, junk jewelry, gears, gumball toys, doll accessories, sewing notions, medals and filigrees.
  • Bring extras if you want to swap!
