Type of Workshop: Process

Are you a wannabe journal-keeper? Used to keep a journal but just don’t have time? Don’t even have time for a full-day workshop? No matter what your past journaling experience, if you’d like a bit of inspiration and a jump start for your own reflective writing . . . this half-day class will include five short writing exercises, with instruction on ways to expand them in your journal.

NO NEED FOR ANY WRITING EXPERIENCE. This is not a test, nor is it an English Class! As usual, it is an experiential session, so come prepared to play with a bit of journaling.

Supplies Provided by Instructor: A simple variety of props for writing prompts

    Supply List:
  • One journal, preferably unlined and at least 7x9 - An inexpensive 8x10 sketch book will work just fine
  • One or two fast-writing pens, ones that feel comfortable to you

NOTE: I will have some journals with me for purchase if you can’t find one you’d like to bring with you.
